Insect Flour: If we change the way we cook!
Welcome to Next Food. We have just finished preparing our new product cricket flour made with 100% edible insects (acheta domestica) very rich in protein and we have selected the best crickets from our breeding to guarantee you excellent quality.
The flour is packaged in bags of 200 grams of pure crickets with a moisture and oxygen absorber. The bags have a Zip lock to allow you to keep your flour for a long time.
This Insect flour can be used in several ways: mixed in your preparation for an addition of protein or mixed with traditional flour to prepare pasta, bread, pies, pizzas….

Got it on time. Very good. I baked two bread one with 10% cricket flour and 90% all purpose flour and one with 20% cricket flour.
