  1. Boil the rehydrated chickpeas for  1/2 hour until tender.
  2. Drain the chickpeas, keep the boiling water of the chickpeas on the side. Let cool enough to handle.
  3. If you got small cricket drop theme in the blender and give it a spin foar 1 minute. Add the Chickpeas and the other ingredients. Incorporate the cooking water gradually until you achieve desired texture.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Empty the blender content into a bowl and pour some olive oil on top with a few pinches of paprika and crikets for visuals if desired.
